Lansdown Place Wealth Management Limited is based in Clifton, Bristol and is a Senior Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management. We are a Chartered Firm and accredited Later Life Planning advisers and continuously evolving and investing in developing our qualifications.

Thanks to our highly qualified and experienced team of advisers, managers and back office staff, we can provide high level of financial planning to individuals, businesses, families, charities and trusts throughout the UK. We take pride as a team and as individuals in all aspects of our work and in delivering the most successful and rewarding outcomes.

Nicola has worked in financial services for over 25 years, primarily supporting businesses with their regulatory needs. She also delivered training and development advice programmes for new advisers entering the industry.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Nicola is passionate about ensuring Lansdown Place staff are all highly trained, motivated and enjoy their work within the company’s culture.

Graham Lewis FPFS:
Director & Chartered Financial Planner

Graham has worked in financial services for 30 years and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of financial planning. He is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Financial Planner. Graham is very adept at building solid, long-term relationships with his clients and their families. He provides trusted, highly valued wealth management advice specialising in complex investment and pension planning.

As a Director of Lansdown Place Wealth Management, Graham’s emphasis is on
ensuring that the experience that all of our clients have when dealing with us is of the highest quality. Graham has a passion for delivering excellence across all aspects of the business.

When he is not working Graham enjoys nothing more than long walks with his dogs and socialising with family and friends. He also thoroughly enjoys “Am Dram” and is the Treasurer of BLOC Productions as well as trustee of a number of other Bristol charities.

Chris has worked in financial services for 30 years and specialises in Corporate Advice. Chris’s varied and invaluable financial experience enables him to advise businesses of all shapes and sizes across the UK. His detailed knowledge of the Workplace and Employee Benefits market helps his business clients recruit, engage and retain their company’s most valuable asset – their people.

Outside of Lansdown Place he very much enjoys spending time with his family, and when time permits he enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Having worked in the Bank and Building Society sector for the last 20 years providing financial advice, Andrew was pleased to join Lansdown Place Wealth Management in November 2012. He provides advice to directors, professionals and retired clients helping them with practical solutions to the financial issues that concern them the most. Andrew’s advice covers all areas of wealth management, including retirement planning, protection and investment planning. He specialises in providing Later Life advice, including care fees planning and is an Accredited Adviser with the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). He is also a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

Away from work Andrew is a Youth Team Cricket Coach at Carsons & Mangotsfield Cricket Club which he finds very rewarding. He is also a strong advocate of the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation and has run marathons to support their cause.

Paul has worked in the financial industry for over 40 years. His advice covers all areas of Wealth Management, including Retirement Planning, Wealth Protection, Investment Planning and Inheritance Tax Solutions. He is an accredited adviser with the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) and has satisfied rigorous criteria relating to professional qualifications and ethical good practice.

As a Chartered Financial Planner you can be confident that you are dealing with one of the UK’s leading advisers that is fully committed to providing you with the best possible advice. Paul lives in Frome with his wife. They have two adult children and currently one granddaughter. He enjoys playing golf, tennis and football on a regular weekly basis and socialising with his family and friends.

Rachel has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years and joined Lansdown Place in 2013.

Her advice covers all aspects of wealth management, in particular investment planning and wealth protection for her clients and their families. She also advises on complex retirement planning and protection issues both for individuals and corporate clients. Rachel delivers intergenerational financial planning helping her clients help their families.

When she is not at work Rachel very much enjoys spending time with her family. She is a school governor at her children’s school as well as member of the local community choir. She is passionate about supporting and engaging with her local community as well as an active advocate of the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation.

After 11 years’ working in banking and financial services offering face to face advice to personal clients, Andrew was delighted to accept an offer to join Lansdown Place Wealth Management in May 2017. Since joining Lansdown place, Andrew has never looked back and enjoys the complexities of helping our clients with their holistic financial planning needs. His advice covers all aspects of wealth management, but in particular investment, pension and protection planning.

When not working Andrew enjoys health and fitness activities including, hiking, tennis, running and weight lifting. He also has a passion for travel and exploring new places. When at home in Bristol, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, Cocker Spaniel Belle and two Bengal cats, Ned and Dot.

Roxanne has worked in financial services for over 10 years. In 2012 she joined Lansdown Place Wealth Management to develop her career and subsequently took up the role of Private Wealth Consultant having successfully attained her Diploma through the St. James’s Place Academy.

The advice Roxanne provides to her clients is tailored and holistic. It covers many areas of wealth management such as protection planning, planning for retirement and investment planning. She works with clients and their families guiding them through the  complicated maze of financial services.

In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys travelling and spending time with her family which includes two young and very active boys!

Damon has over 30 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser. He provides financial
advice to business owners (Directors and sole traders) regarding both their business and personal needs, as well as private clients. He aims to build trusted long term relationships with his clients, with some relationships having existed for over 25 years. Damon’s clients include accountants, legal professionals, and business owners from a diverse range of industries, as well as individuals. He has a breadth of knowledge amongst all financial planning areas including protection, retirement and investment planning.

Outside of work Damon has been a Cub Scout Leader for over 13 years and has an active family life with two teenage children.

Jewayne Walker DipPFS CeMAP:

Jewayne has worked in financial services since 2013 primarily supporting individuals with their mortgage and related insurance needs. His advice covers all areas of mortgage lending, including intergenerational mortgage solutions. Specialising in the mortgage arena, Jewayne’s advice is restricted to mortgage and associated protection only.

Jewayne has a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and is CeMAP qualified. He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife Nina and his daughter. He is also a very active person and enjoys playing golf and is a Formula 1 enthusiast.

Steve has been working in financial services for over 25 years. He specialises in advising employers on their employee benefits arrangements, and business owners on their personal arrangements.

In addition Steve provides his client-employers with an executive counselling service for their senior employees on their financial planning needs who find themselves “time poor and cash rich”.

When Steve is not at work he enjoys the great outdoors, providing a ‘taxi service’ for his children and coaching on a Sunday morning at Clifton Rugby Club in Bristol.

“During my time working in financial services I have built many long term relationships with both clients and other professionals. I find working with other professionals is an excellent way to make sure that the advice I give to my clients is current and comprehensive.”

Steve Allnutt FPFS:
Pension Specialist

Steve has worked in the financial services industry for some 30+ years in a variety of roles, 11 of these being with the Lansdown Place Group. The last 24 years he has been providing financial advice to both corporate and personal clients at all levels of financial capability. 

In his early days he worked in the pension’s valuation department of a major life office, and his interest in the more complex areas of pension planning evolved. He obtained the CII G60 pension transfer specialist qualification in 1996, and followed this with their AF3 Pension Planning, a more recent qualification.

Over recent years he has concentrated on pension income options at retirement. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Out of work he spends his time between scuba diving, cycling and keeping a classic car on the road!

Technical Manager

Mark joined Lansdown Place in 2014 after 6 years within the Financial Services industry. Having obtained his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Mark is working towards Chartered status.  Working closely with our Advisers and Paraplanners, Mark focuses on process efficiencies and continuous improvement, ensuring service to our clients is thorough and professional.

Mark, jointly with Amy, also head up internal professional training programme for all non-adviser employees.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, watching Bristol Bears and playing Golf.

Joanna Hugues MA, AMBCS
Business Innovation Manager

Joanna, who is PRINCE2 qualified in project management, has in excess of 15 years’ experience leading projects and teams within varied SME’s environments.

She joined Lansdown Place in the summer of 2016 to carry out a company wide database project. This has evolved into an ongoing management of multiple business innovation and new process implementation projects within Lansdown Place.

Joanna prides herself on strong work ethics, ability to build longstanding relationships and always ensuring the timely completion of any tasks which she or her team undertake. She also has a passion for developing Corporate Social Responsibility and supporting Charitable causes.

In her personal life Joanna focuses on her family and spending a quality time together with her son. Her hobbies include photography and design. She loves learning foreign languages and better understanding society and culture we live in.

Paul Haines
Cyber Security & Infrastructure Manager

Paul has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years with a varied level of experience in multi sector infrastructure management and Cyber Security, since joining Lansdown Place in 2018 his focus has been to ensure the company’s systems are of a high standard of usability & security, protecting both employees and clients.

His hobbies include 3D printing and design and Drone racing, any anything tech!
Paul’s professional qualifications are: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Network & Security ForeScout Certified Systems Expert #0209.

Debbie Buxton
Finance Manager

Debbie started working for Lansdown Place 12 years ago as part of the admin team before moving into the Finance Department. Debbie has been the Finance Manager for Lansdown Place since 2013. She achieved AAT Level 4 qualification in 2015. Her main interest outside of work is gardening. Debbie grows flowers which she sells at Lansdown Place to raise money for the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation.

Amy Clarke
Business Admin Manager

Amy has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joined Lansdown Place in 2017. Soon after she became Business Admin Manager. She heads up a team of 5 Para planners. She also provides individual support to one of our Senior Advisers.

Amy, jointly with Mark, also head up internal professional training programme for all non-adviser employees.

In her personal life Amy has been married to Ross for nearly 5 years and they have a dog called Hugo. She has been an enthusiastic Bristol City FC season ticket holder for over 30 years.

Natalie Page
Client Servicing Manager

Natalie has worked in financial services for over 12 years and she has been with Lansdown Place for over 7 of these.

Initially fulfilling the office administrator and office manager roles, Natalie now manages the client servicing team within Lansdown Place. She always strives to deliver a high standard of customer service, whether this is for new or existing Private Wealth or Corporate clients.

Outside of work, Natalie has a young son who keeps her active. She has strong family values and enjoys spending quality time with them, pressing the ‘pause button’ and enjoying the simple things in life.
