Simply put, we work with you to understand your current situation, the decisions have helped you to get where you are and your views of, and plans for, the future. Your attitudes towards risk are central to the advice process and we will spend time helping you to understand the inherent and effective risks available to you.
We can meet wherever you find it easiest to make time; as a modern company we are not constrained by traditional methods of communication and are happy to discuss matters by telephone, webcam video link or email.

Research and Recommendation
There are three different levels of advice available to you in the financial services industry today:
“Tied” Advice - offering products from only one company
“Multi-tied” advice - offering products from a limited range of companies
“Independent” advice - offering products from the full range of ALL companies in the market
We offer the highest and most comprehensive level, Independent Advice - we research the whole of the market in each of the regulated areas before advising you.
We are free to use lender or provider of products and have no bias whatsoever to any one company.
The final decision is always made by you.
Being impartial does not mean that we are neutral. We will make clear recommendations to keep you well informed and to allow you to make a decision.

We will ensure that all parties fulfil your plan within the agreed timescale.
Lansdown Place recommend annual reviews to ensure that your plan continues to meet your requirements. We are happy to meet more or less frequently, as you require.
How do we get paid?
Independence and impartiality are key to the services we offer. Any fee we charge will reflect the amount of work required to achieve your desired end result.
You will always know what you are going to pay before any work is commenced on your behalf and we will never increase the price once work has started.
